Not your average barre class; no wonder it’s called “Ultimate!” On Tuesdays at 9:00am, sweat with a fun low-impact cardio warm-up followed by challenging barre moves designed to tone and lengthen your legs, arms and derrière. Then isolation movements and targeted ab work will complete your physique with the lean look of a seasoned dancer! Or try our beginner/intermediate barre on Mondays and Fridays at noon.
