High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

This class is a combination of low/high cardio blast with choose-your-own weight for serious sculpting. Strengthen and define your abs, arms, chest, back, and legs. High Intensity Interval Training (“HIIT”): Mon / Wed / Ths 8:00 pm.  Low Impact Interval Training (“LIIT”): Mon / Fri 10:00 am. The Friday class includes piloxing. Instructor: GG.
