Time to pay for your transgressions – the Seven Deadly Sins: Ice cream, French fries, double mocha latte, triple chocolate cake, chips, movie theater popcorn, and cheesecake. This fun indoor boot camp cycles you through sets of pushups, squats, lunges, and more with cardio “breaks” between strength training circuits. The instructor (GG) will encourage and motivate you but will not humiliate anyone!
